How to Buy A Property

1. Download an electronic version of our brochure here.  You can also use this form to express interest.
2. Arrange for a guided site tour, if possible, to see property that interests you from our brochure.
3. Determine your preferred house type, and fill in our on-line application form.
4. Submit completed application form.
5. Expect an Offer letter from CityPark within 24 hours of submitting your application. This would spell out the general terms and conditions under which you can own one of our properties.
6. Sign and Accept the Offer Letter.
7. Expect a Sale & Purchase agreement within 48 hours after accepting Offer.
8. Make payment based on our Payment Advice or Invoice, and the terms agreed in our Offer Letter.
9. CityPark to complete work on the property, and deliver to the client, in accordance with the terms of the S & P agreement.
